Principal
Experience
Christopher McCord is a Principal of Hawke Bay Capital. Christopher’s
experience includes over 200 valuation and financial advisory engagements
totaling over $1.5 billion within the healthcare sector. Prior to founding
Hawke Bay Capital in 2005, Christopher worked for KPMG in valuation
advisory and for Value Management Group, a healthcare financial advisory
firm where he provided valuation and transaction advisory services to
healthcare providers. He also worked and regularly provides consulting
for DFJ Mercury, a national venture capital fund and affiliate of Draper
Fisher Jurvetson.

Michael Schwab

Experience
Michael previously worked at a strategy consulting firm that advised
management of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies,
as well as private equity/venture capital companies investing in the
healthcare industry. He was integrally involved in executing valuation
analysis of products, companies, and merger and acquisition deals across
the life science spectrum as part of the strategic advice his firm offered
its clients; his clients ranged from small start-ups to large cap companies.
